Around Crosspoint, our volunteers truly are at the heart of what we do.  Without our volunteers, God-glorifying, life-changing ministry just wouldn’t happen.  So why do our volunteers serve?  Why do they join Jesus in His invitation to be a part of a mission that is greater than themselves?

Here is one testimony from Tiffany Wiegand who serves as one of our leaders of Common Grounds…

I have been serving with the Common Grounds team since the ministry was started back in the middle school.  It has been so fun to serve with different people over the years.  The vision for Common Grounds is pretty simple, to have a place for people to come and connect with others and build relationships over some coffee.  My hope is that if I’m serving you, you’re greeted with a smile and you feel welcome.  I love that we get an opportunity to meet a lot of new people and catch up with Crosspointers when we serve on Sunday’s.
